the Energy Consumption Limit of Polycrystalline Silicon and Germanium Unit Products, the energy consumption standards of trichlorosilane method and silane fluidized bed method are 6.3kgce/kg and 4.3kgce/kg respectively. The comprehensive energy consumption of the existing silicon material production capacity mostly falls between 6.3 and 6.
The three-level energy consumption standards for polycrystalline silicon are as follows:
