On September 12, Hebei Hengde High-speed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Hebei Jijiao Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Hengde high-speed toll station, service area, high-speed slope, interchange and other areas to build photovoltaic power stations, covering an area of about 410 mu, and the project plans to use 635 Wp photovoltaic modules . The total capacity is 51.81 MWp and the AC side capacity is 45.85 MW . At the same time, the charging pile system is planned to be configured at five toll stations along the line. The charging pile system at each toll station adopts 480 kW one-driving-four intelligent group charging. Each station is equipped with a corresponding box-type transformer to supply power to the charging pile. The energy storage is 15% of the DC side capacity. 7.6MW/15.2MWh for 2 hours .
The project is scheduled to start in October 2025, complete the construction of the whole project in June 2027 and put into operation. In addition to good financial ability, business reputation and corresponding qualifications, the bidder's performance in this
tender has been nearly three years (from September 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding). EPC performance of a PV project with a capacity of not less than 50 MW (it must undertake design and construction work at the same time) or a capacity of not less than 50 MW at the same time 50 MW PV project design performance and 1 PV project construction performance with capacity not less than 50 MW. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender , and the number of all members of the consortium shall not exceed 2 . The deadline for submission of
bidding documents is 09:00:00 on October 10, 2025.
