On December 30, the announcement of public bidding for EPC project of the first and second bid sections of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project in Midong District of 6806 Energy was issued, and the tenderer was Jiatai Fumei (Urumqi) Energy Co., Ltd. According to
the tender announcement, the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project of 6806 Energy Midong District is located in Beishaw o Photovoltaic Base , Midong District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The construction scale is 1GW , and the 1389000 block of N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass 720Wp solar module is used. The project will be divided into 320 photovoltaic unit systems, of which 320 are 315 MW photovoltaic unit systems, and 40 collector lines will be constructed. The EPC project of the
first bid section invites bidding for the construction project of 350MW photovoltaic field, and the EPC project of the second bid section invites bidding for the construction project of 300MW photovoltaic field. The bidding contents of the two bid sections include but are not limited to: survey and design, formalities, equipment and material procurement, engineering construction and other engineering-related contents. The bidding documents of the
two bid sections indicate that "this project is a turnkey project, and as an EPC general contracting project, unless there is a clear agreement in the contract, no matter whether it is mentioned in the contract or whether the contractor's quotation is high or low." All work contents and expenses related to the survey and design, equipment procurement, construction and installation, grid access and relevant policy treatment, commissioning and trial operation, acceptance, construction process control and management of the Project are within the scope of work of the Contractor. Even if it is not specified in the above clause, but it is actually proved to be necessary to ensure the operation of grid-connected power generation of the project, it should be included in the scope of design, procurement, installation and service provision. In addition to requiring bidders to have good business reputation, business status and corresponding qualifications, the two
bidding sections require performance from January 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). The bidder must have at least two contract performances of photovoltaic EPC or PC of single 100MWp and above , and all of them have been completed . Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project , and there are no more than 2 consortium units . The deadline for submission of
bidding documents/bid opening time is 11:00 on January 20, 2026.
