The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Qujing City, Yunnan Province, to build a distributed photovoltaic power station project with an installed capacity of 125MWp, a rated capacity of 100MW and a capacity ratio of 1.25. 710 Wp monocrystalline silicon PV module 176056 block will be installed. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 250 million yuan , and the planned construction period is 12 months. The scope of this
tender includes resource development and formalities, engineering survey and design, procurement of all equipment and materials for the project (including components, inverters, etc.), engineering construction, commissioning and grid connection, project acceptance, etc. In
addition to good operation and business reputation, the bidder is required to have the comprehensive Grade A qualification of engineering design or Grade B or above qualification of engineering design power industry or Grade B or above qualification of engineering design power industry (new energy power generation) issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period; Possess (1) the qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction at the third level or above issued by the competent construction administrative department; (2) the certificate of qualified and valid installation (repair and test) of power facilities at the third level or above; (3) the safety production license issued by the competent construction administrative department, and within the validity period.
Personnel requirements: the person in charge of the general contracting project is required to have the qualification of first-level registered constructor of mechanical and electrical engineering specialty, hold the certificate of safety training and assessment (Class B), and not serve as the project manager or project leader of other construction projects under construction, and provide a letter of commitment; The person in charge of the proposed design project is required to have the title of senior engineer or above in power engineering or registered electrical engineer (power generation, transmission and transformation or power supply and distribution); the person in charge of the proposed construction project is required to have the qualification of first-level registered constructor in mechanical and electrical engineering, and hold the certificate of safety training and assessment (Class B).
The above personnel are required to provide scanned copies of social security payment certification materials for six consecutive months from June 2024 to the present. The
project accepts the bidding of the joint consortium, but the number of units of the consortium shall not exceed two, and the proposed personnel must be the formal employees of the corresponding division members of the consortium. Except that the person in charge of the general contracting project and the person in charge of the construction project may be the same person, the other personnel shall not hold concurrent posts repeatedly.
