On August 27, Shandong Huadian Zibo Zichuan Lingzi Waste Mining Area 150 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Photovoltaic Field (60 MW) Construction General Contracting Project Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Huadian (Zibo Zichuan District) New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Lingzi Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, with a scale of 60 MW (72 W Mp on the DC side). The project is scheduled to start on September 30, 2025 and be connected to the grid with full capacity on December 30, 2025. It is worth noting that no matter how the actual start-up time changes, the final commissioning time shall not be later than December 30 , 2025. The scope of this
tender is equipment (material) procurement, site construction and installation works, collector line construction and installation works, traffic engineering, commissioning, testing, trial operation, acceptance, etc. The details are as follows:
It is worth noting that:
(1) Affected by the land use policy and civil coordination of the photovoltaic field, the actual site and layout capacity of the photovoltaic field may change. Bidders are requested to consider the above risks comprehensively. The quoted comprehensive unit price shall not be adjusted due to the change of site and capacity caused by the above reasons.
(2) The Contractor shall be responsible for ① the procurement and transportation of equipment supplied by Party A, such as PV modules , inverters, 35kv box-type transformers, and optical power prediction systems; ② the early stage of the project; ③ the supervision; ④ the compensation and coordination for the crossing of permanent leased land and overhead collector lines; ⑤ the production preparation (except for the joint commissioning); Purchase of production vehicles, engineering construction management of the Employer and other works beyond the scope of the Employer, procurement of other equipment and materials within the construction scope of this bid section, construction, commissioning, test, trial operation, acceptance and other package works of civil works and installation works, as well as coordination work within the scope of the Employer, see the bill of quantities for details.
(3) The capacity of fixed support in this project is 10MW, of which 5MW is supplied by Party A and the rest 5MW is supplied by Party B.
The tenderer requires the bidder to have good business status, business reputation and corresponding qualifications, and the performance of the bidder from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding. It shall have at least 3 construction general contracting (or engineering general contracting) operation performances of the main works of centralized photovoltaic power generation projects with a single scale of 50 MW or above (the scope of the contract must include the construction and installation works of photovoltaic field and collector lines).
