On December 18, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting project of 100m W tea-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project in Pigeon Mountain Village, Honglin Town, Xuancheng was issued, and the tenderer was Xuancheng Wanhong New Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the planned capacity of the project is 100 MW, and the tentative installed capacity of the DC side of the project is 125 MWp 09184. According to the structure of the power grid in the area where the power station is located and the installed capacity of the power station, the photovoltaic power station is connected to a new 220kV booster station (Pigeon Hill Booster Station) with a 35kV collector line. It is connected to the booster station of the proposed Shizipu Tea Farm Project through a 220kV line. After converging with Zhuqiao Project, Qiaoyang Project and Shizipu Tea Farm Project, it is connected to the 220kV Zonghanling Substation through a 220kV line. Zonghanling Substation expands one 220kV interval.
This project adopts EPC general contracting mode. The general contractor is responsible for but not limited to the whole process of land requisition coordination, compensation, survey, design, equipment and material procurement, construction, trial operation, completion and acceptance, and is responsible for the quality, safety, cost and progress of the construction project. The estimated price of the
tender contract is 358.1022 million yuan .
This tender requires bidders not only to have good business reputation and corresponding qualifications, but also to have good performance since January 1 , 2022 (the time is based on the time of contract signing). The bidder must have at least one EPC general contracting performance of photovoltaic power plants with a scale of 70 MW or above . Consortium bidding is accepted for
this bidding project , but the total number of parties to the consortium shall not exceed 3 . The deadline for
bidding is 10:00 on January 8, 2026 (Beijing time). According to
the data, Xuancheng Wanhong New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2023, and its business scope covers solar power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, etc. The company is indirectly owned by Anhui Energy Group .
