On December 16, the project issued a tender announcement again, and the tenderer was China Electric Power Construction (Taizhou Huangyan) New Energy Co., Ltd. Located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, the 95MW Agricultural-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project of
China Power Construction Co., Ltd. in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province has an installed capacity of 113.76 MWp on the DC side and a rated capacity of 94.72 MW on the AC side. The project is scheduled to start on January 25, 2026, the first batch of photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on September 30, 2026, and the project will be completed and accepted on February 10, 2027.
The EPC tender is to complete the pre-formalities, design, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, testing and inspection, grid-connected, trial operation and acceptance of the project for the completion and acceptance of the project (including photovoltaic power plant, booster station, terrace renovation and agricultural facilities, etc.). It shall meet the software and hardware conditions for access to Zhejiang Province Centralized Control of Power Construction New Energy Group, meet the relevant target management assessment requirements of government departments for the project, and be responsible for the corresponding costs.
This tender requires bidders to have good financial situation, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, there is one photovoltaic power generation project of 95 MW or above (including 110 kV) in the past five years (from November 2020 to October 2025 Completion performance of EPC general contracting project or general contracting project of photovoltaic power generation project (the completion time shall be subject to the project acceptance certificate issued by the Employer or the time of completion acceptance). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender, but the following requirements shall be met:
