In Phase II , another 40MW will be constructed after the completion of the expansion project of Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. This tender requires bidders to have good operation and business reputation. In terms of qualification, it is required to have Grade B qualification of new energy power generation specialty in engineering design or Grade B or above qualification of power industry in engineering design or Grade a qualification of comprehensive engineering design. It must have the qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction at the third level or above, and have an effective safety production license. In terms of
project personnel requirements, the person in charge of the proposed construction project (construction project manager) has the professional qualification certificate of the second-level constructor of mechanical and electrical engineering specialty and the Certificate of Safety Production Assessment for the Project Manager of Construction Enterprises (Jianan B). He also promises that he will not serve as the project manager of any project under construction after winning the bid; the person in charge of the proposed design project is a registered electrical engineer.
It is worth noting that the person in charge (or legal representative) of the bidder unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time.
The project accepts consortium bidding, but the number of consortium members including the leading party shall not exceed 2 (i.e. 1 design unit and 1 construction unit). Deadline for submission of
