The announcement shows that there are two shortlisted candidates for the project, all of which are consortia, with the bidding unit price ranging from 2.09 yuan/W to 2.14 yuan/W . Details are as follows:
On November 26, 2025, the EPC project issued a tender announcement, and the tenderer was Yunnan International Power Investment Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group.
According to the tender announcement, the design rated capacity of Qizai 200 MW photovoltaic project in Shangri-La City, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province is 200 MW, the installed capacity is 247.953 MWp, and the capacity ratio is 1.24. Install 346,788 pieces of single-crystal silicon N-type double-sided double-glass PV modules with power of 715 Wp. The planned construction period of the project is 6 months, which is tentatively scheduled to start on May 1, 2026 and be completed and accepted on June 30, 2027.
