The tender announcement shows that the project is a turnkey project of EPC general contracting, regardless of whether it is mentioned in the tender document or not. Involving the design, construction, procurement (excluding PV modules), completion and commissioning, project inspection, file acceptance, completion settlement, cooperation with power quality supervision acceptance, quality supervision acceptance of local functional departments, acceptance of other projects, overall completion acceptance, cooperation with grid connection formalities in this bid section, Work contents such as network test and related costs (including the part to be borne by the Tenderee) are within the scope of work of the Tenderer. This tender requires bidders to have good business conditions, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. The performance requirements are as follows:
(1) From August 1, 2022 (inclusive) to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract), there shall be at least one 100MWp or above fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project . Design performance of main works in the site; And has that flexible support design performance of one centralize photovoltaic project with the capacity of 20 MWp or more, and the flexible support design performance can be the independent design performance or the partial design performance of the flexible support of other centralized photovoltaic pow generation projects;
(2) From August 1, 2022 (inclusive) to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract), it has completed the EPC or PC general contracting project of the main project of the photovoltaic field of a 100MWp or above fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project ; It has the construction performance of EPC or PC general contracting project of flexible support project of centralized photovoltaic project with capacity of 20 MWp or above (effective performance is recognized when the contract is signed). The construction performance of EPC or PC general contracting project of flexible support can be independent construction performance or partial construction performance of flexible support of other centralized photovoltaic power generation projects;
(3) The production unit of the flexible support to be used by the bidder in this project shall have the following performance: from August 1, 2022 (inclusive) to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), the cumulative supply is 100MWp or more .
