Datang Fujian Fuan Xiwei 80 MW Fishery Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station New Project EPC General Contracting Project has been shortlisted for two candidates, both of which are consortia. The winning unit price is 1.946 yuan/ watt and 2.013 yuan/ watt respectively.
On November 5, the tender announcement was issued for the project, and the tenderer was Fujian Datang International Ningde Power Generation Co., Ltd. The project is located in Xiapi Village, Xiwei Town, Fuan City, Ningde, with a construction scale of 80MW and a planned construction period from March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

On November 4, the tender announcement was issued for the project, and the tenderer was Yuneng (Group) Co., Ltd. The project is located in Pulu Street, Tongliang District, Chongqing, with a construction scale of 49.92 MW and a planned construction period from December 30, 2025 to May 30, 2026.
The bidding scope includes: preliminary design of the project (or feasibility study optimization), survey and design of construction drawings and preparation of as-built drawings, procurement of all equipment and materials by the bidder, supply, unloading and storage, secondary transportation, construction and defect elimination.
