The project is located in Shaxi Town, Gulei Port Economic Development Zone, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province. It includes one 220kV booster station (including 40MW/80MWh energy storage system ) and the installed DC side of photovoltaic power station 516.
The tender is divided into three bid sections .
Bid Section I includes the construction of one 220kV booster station (including 40MW/80MWh energy storage system), the construction of access road and the photovoltaic field in the east area (installed capacity of 96.6238 MWp on the DC side and 74.7 MW on the AC side) ; The second bid section is to construct the photovoltaic field in the central area, with an installed capacity of 192.283 MWp (148.2M W on the AC side); The third bid section is to construct the photovoltaic field in the west area. Installed capacity of DC side 227.
The above project is planned to start on December 30, 2025.
Ignificantly, The design of the bidder shall be selected from " in the Framework Purchase Agreement of China Huadian Corporation. The bidding of the above three bid sections requires the bidder to have a good financial situation, In addition to commercial reputation and corresponding qualifications, in terms of performance, from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of operation), the bidder shall have at least one EPC general contracting operation performance of 100MWp and above centralized photovoltaic power generation projects.Consortium bidding is accepted for all
three bid sections . The deadline for
