On November 26, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 700000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Karamay, Xinjiang Oilfield was issued, and the tenderer was PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company .
This tender is not divided into bidding sections. The bidding scope is the 700000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Karamay Wuerhe in Xinjiang Oilfield, which is divided into photovoltaic power generation project and EPC general contracting project of booster gathering station, energy storage system and synchronous condenser system construction project. Including all survey and design, equipment procurement, construction and commissioning, grid connection formalities, etc.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Wuerhe District, Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a planned installed capacity of 700 MW. The installed capacity at the DC side is 735.072MWp (capacity ratio 1: 1.05). Install 1,185,600 N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass PV modules of 620 peak watts and above , and one 220kV step-up gathering station. It is equipped with one complete set of 70 MW/140 MWh energy storage and 50 MVA synchronous condenser.
The contract period is from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026, and the construction period is from the date of signing the contract to June 30, 2026.
This tender requires bidders to have good financial ability, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, from January 1 , 2022 to the deadline for bidding, it has at least one EPC general contracting or design or construction general contracting performance of 100MW and above photovoltaic power generation projects. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project .
