This tender requires bidders to have good financial situation, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, the person in charge of the bidding project is from November 1, 2020. Date (based on the time of completion acceptance certificate or completion acceptance record or grid-connected acceptance certificate or handover production acceptance certificate or electric power quality supervision acceptance certificate or grid-connected acceptance opinion or electric power construction project quality supervision and inspection grid-connected opinion or electric power construction project quality supervision and inspection grid-connected notice or grid-connected acceptance certificate stamped by relevant competent authorities).
