On November 19, the public bidding announcement for EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power generation project of China Power Construction 130 MW Composite Photovoltaic Power Generation Project was issued, and the tenderer was Juyuan (Tianjin) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Tianjin Binhai New Area, and the installed capacity of the project is 108.31604MWp on the DC side and 99.2MW on the AC side . The new 110kV booster station is connected to the 110kV bay of the recently expanded 110kV busbar A of Xuefu Road Substation through a 110kV line. The project adopts the shared energy storage leasing mode to meet the requirements of project allocation and storage.
The project is scheduled to start on December 25, 2025, the planned construction preparation start date is December 30, the first batch of photovoltaic array grid-connected power generation on September 30, 2026, and the completion acceptance on December 15, 2026. On December 30, 2026, all photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid, and on June 30, 2027, the project will be handed over to production. The scope of this
tender includes EPC general contracting of photovoltaic plant, booster station and transmission project (but not limited to), as shown in the following figure:
This tender requires bidders to have good business reputation, financial ability and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, in the past five years (2020-2025), it has completed a total of one EPC general contracting project of photovoltaic power generation projects of 100MW or above or a general contracting project of photovoltaic power generation projects. in this tender .
