On November 12, CECEP Solar Energy Chengxiang Lingchuan 70MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Power Station EPC Project EPC Contracting Successful Candidates were announced, and a total of three candidates were shortlisted.
According to the calculation of the DC side capacity of the project, the bidding unit price of the candidate is 1.4167-1.5342 yuan/watt , as shown in the following table:
On September 30, the tender announcement of the project was issued. The tenderer is CECEP Solar Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located in Putian City, Fujian Province. The water photovoltaic power generation project is constructed in the way of complementary fishing and photovoltaic power generation. It uses about 1200 mu of fish ponds near the inland sea. The total AC installed capacity of the project is 70 MW , and the DC side installed capacity is 94.51 MWp. Photovoltaic plant area and supporting facilities, New 110kV booster station, 110kV transmission line, 7.5MW/15 MWh electrochemical energy storage system , power distribution building, complex building and ancillary security, fire protection, environmental protection, domestic sewage treatment and other supporting facilities. The bidding scope of the
project includes but is not limited to all survey, design, procurement, Procurement of ancillary facilities and tools related to installation and construction as well as operation and maintenance ( excluding procurement of PV modules , the above equipment is provided by Party A).
