On July 25, the announcement of re-bidding for the EPC general contracting project of the Three Gorges Shandong Shouguang 220 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase I) was issued.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Shouguang City, Weifang City, Shandong Province, and is a beach salt field photovoltaic project with a total installed capacity of 220 MW on the AC side. The installed capacity of DC side is 243.412 MWp , and it is proposed to select 620Wp and above N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided components. The scope of this
tender includes but is not limited to the photovoltaic area, 220kV booster station and collector line of the project. Procurement and supply of all equipment (excluding all PV modules and inverter equipment) and materials, construction and installation works (including all equipment supplied by Party A), anti-seepage repair of salt fields, project management and other work.
The project is scheduled to start on September 1 and be connected to the grid with full capacity by December 10, 2025.
This tender also requires the bidder's performance as follows (to meet one of the two performances):
from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract). ① EPC contracting or design of a completed centralized photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 200MWp or above with at least one independent bidder or consortium leader Construction performance of the EPC project; ② The design party of the consortium has the design performance of at least one centralized photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 200MWp and above in the construction drawing stage; the construction party of the consortium has the construction performance of at least one completed centralized photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 200MWp and above.
Note: If the consortium bidder provides the EPC or design and construction general contracting performance, the consortium members shall jointly confirm the specific work undertaken in the performance and the work undertaken in the project (subject to the contract text and other supporting materials and the division of labor in the consortium agreement). Consortium bidding is allowed
in this tender , and there are no more than 3 members of the consortium (including the leading party). The deadline for submission of
bidding documents and the time for bid opening are 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2025.
Previously, a tender announcement was issued for the project on May 29. But two months later, on July 22, the Three Gorges Electronic Procurement Platform announced that, according to the relevant documents, after the evaluation of the project bid evaluation committee, the tenderer, Three Gorges New Energy Power Generation (Shouguang) Co., Ltd., decided to deal with the project.
