On November 3, the tender announcement for PC general contracting of photovoltaic field area of 330 MW photovoltaic storage demonstration project in Kangbao County, Chahanaoer River Basin Management + Rural Revitalization Phase II was issued, and the tenderer was Hebei Jiaotong Kangnuo Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Kangbao County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with a planned installed capacity of 330 MW, divided into several scattered plots, and a new 220kV booster station.
The bidding scope includes but not limited to: (1) equipment and materials; (2) construction and installation works; (3) commissioning, trial operation, testing and inspection; (4) others; see the bidding documents for details. The project is scheduled to start in November 2025 and be connected to the grid on December 31, 2025. In addition to the financial ability, business reputation and corresponding qualifications, the
bidder is required to appoint a project manager with a certificate of first-class registered constructor (mechanical and electrical engineering specialty) and a valid certificate of Class B safety production assessment. At present, he does not work on other projects, or although he works on other projects, he can withdraw from other projects and perform in this project. Consortium bidding is accepted
