The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Jigedaiquele Village, Luntai County, Bazhou, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 200000 kilowatts on the AC side and 240800 kilowatts on the DC side. A 220 KV booster station and a 20 MW/40 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage station will be built, and a 5.7 km 220 KV overhead line will be connected to Lunnan 220 KV substation.
The project is planned to start on November 20, 2025, the main project will be completed on June 30, 2026 with grid-connected strips, grid-connected on July 30, 2026, and full-capacity grid-connected on October 30, 2026.
This tender is for the construction drawing design, material procurement, engineering construction, single commissioning, grid-connected trial operation, quality assurance, etc. Of EPC general contracting project in photovoltaic area, and cooperates with the completion of intermediate handover, handover acceptance, special acceptance, project settlement, final accounts, capital transfer, audit, completion acceptance and other engineering contents. this tender requires that the bidder shall be the warehousing contractor of the engineering construction contractor resource library of China National Petroleum Corporation and be in normal condition, and the qualification category and grade specified by the bidder in the contractor resource library shall be consistent with the qualification requirements of this project (subject to the inquiry on the day of bid opening).
In addition, bidders should have good financial status, business reputation and corresponding qualifications, and their performance should be from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding.
