At present, the company's average mass production conversion efficiency of ABC batteries has reached 26.5%, the mass production delivery efficiency of ABC modules can reach 24%, and the life cycle power generation of ABC modules can be increased by more than 15% compared with the mainstream PERC modules of the same area in the current market, which has a strong market competitive advantage.
For ABC shipments, Aixu shares said that the company's ABC batteries are not sold out, and after processing into components, they will eventually be sold out in the form of ABC components and overall solutions. It is planned that ABC components will be shipped 2-3GW in 2023.
For the company's PERC production line, Aixu said that the company's existing PERC capacity technology reform direction will be based on the future market demand for batteries, consider upgrading to TOPCon. As single-sided passivation TOPCon is close to the technical limit, the company's PERC battery capacity will consider upgrading to double-sided passivation TOPCon technology to ensure that the upgraded products maintain market competitiveness. The company plans to gradually start the transformation in the first half of 2024.
