On June 21, the State Energy Group Xinjiang Company announced the successful candidates for the public bidding for the procurement of photovoltaic module equipment for the 211 MW photovoltaic power generation project. Longji Leye ranked the first successful candidate of bid section 1 and bid section 2 with the quotation of 1.51 yuan/watt and 1.51 yuan/watt respectively. Jingke is the second successful candidate with the price of 1.46 yuan/watt and 1.47 yuan/watt.
According to the tender announcement , the first bid section includes the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Urumqi Photovoltaic Company, which is located in the north of Midong District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, about 90 km away from Urumqi City. The installed capacity of the AC side of the project is 1000MW. The installed capacity on the DC side is 1275.9461 MWp (including 382.7824 MWp for the first phase of 300 MW photovoltaic power generation project, 510.3813 MWp for the second phase of 400 MW photovoltaic power generation project and 382.7824 MWp for the third phase of 300 MW photovoltaic power generation project).
It is proposed to use 550 Wp monocrystalline double-sided PV modules, with a total of 2319902 PV modules based on 550 Wp; the PV field area is divided into 333 PV power generation arrays. One 3000 kVA booster unit shall be arranged for each array. The second
bid section includes the 1 million kilowatt multi-energy complementary photovoltaic power generation + energy storage project in Nilka County, Yili Prefecture, which is planned to be built in Nilka County, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang.
Among them, the installed capacity of the AC side of the photovoltaic power generation project in the first phase of the project (430 thousand kilowatts) is 428.8 MW, and the installed capacity of the DC side is 536.536 MWp. It is proposed to adopt 550Wp P-type double-sided double-glass PV modules, and install 975520 PV modules in total; the PV field is divided into 134 4.004 MWp unit areas; the installed capacity of the AC side of the photovoltaic power generation project of Phase II (300MW) of this project is 297.6M W, and the installed capacity of the DC side is 372.372 MWp. It is proposed to adopt 550Wp P-type double-sided double-glass PV modules, and install 677040 PV modules in total; the PV field is divided into 93 PV power generation arrays; the installed capacity of the AC side of the PV power generation project in Phase III (270,000 kW) of this project is 275.2 MW, and the installed capacity of the DC side is 344.344 MWp. It is proposed to use 550Wp P type double-sided double-glass PV modules, and install 626080 PV modules in total; the PV field area is divided into 86 PV power generation arrays.
Nilka 80MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Nilka County, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang. The installed capacity on the AC side of the project is 80.1M W, and the installed capacity on the DC side is 102.MWp 99926. It is proposed to use 550Wp P-type double-sided double-glass PV modules, and install 187272 PV modules in total; the PV field is divided into 27 PV power generation units. The 31 MW distributed photovoltaic pilot project promoted by the whole county
of Kuitun City is located in Kuitun City, Xinjiang. The distributed photovoltaic development is carried out on the roofs of government office buildings, public buildings, rural buildings and enterprise factories in the region, with a construction capacity of 31.0541 MW. 550Wp monocrystalline single-sided silicon photovoltaic modules are used in this project, and 56462 photovoltaic modules are installed in total. The supply of each bid section of this
centralized procurement shall be completed before October 30.
