The term of authorization is from the date of approval by the board of directors to December 31, 2023.
Jingke Technologies said that the sale of household photovoltaic power generation system assets is in line with the company's "light assets" operation strategy, which is conducive to further optimizing the company's business development model and asset structure, and promoting the healthy turnover of household photovoltaic power generation system assets.
In fact, this is not the first time that Jinko has sold power plants this year.
On March 1, Jingke Science and Technology announced that the company intends to transfer 100% equity of Tongling Jingneng Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to Guizhou Energy Group Co., Ltd. of Guangdong Province.
