The company has always adhered to the innovation-driven development strategy, and deeply integrated the exploration and application of new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment into the whole chain of production and operation. 02. Green transformation, fulfilling the commitment
of sustainable development, the company will unswervingly take the road of ecological priority and green development. In recent years, we have increased investment in environmental protection to implement key projects such as fully sealed transport belt corridors, new limestone storage sheds, automatic vehicle cleaning devices, and ultra-low emission transformation of the whole process. The monitoring data show that the emission concentration of particulate matter and sulfur dioxide has steadily reached the ultra-low emission standard, and the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides is superior to the National Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry. In 2025, the technical transformation of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides in kiln system will be implemented, and the high temperature and high dust SCR denitrification technology will be adopted, and the environmental protection performance will step up to a new level.
The company is committed to building an efficient and clean energy management system, updating high-efficiency energy-saving fans, replacing energy-saving motors with first-class energy efficiency, installing dispensing boxes, high-temperature distribution valves and other equipment to improve heat exchange efficiency, as well as adopting measures such as stable feeding of raw material rotor scales, which significantly improves energy efficiency and leads the comprehensive energy consumption of cement. With the goal of "industrial and ecological symbiosis", the
company integrates the low-carbon concept into the environmental construction of the factory area. Greening activities have been carried out on a large scale. The green coverage rate of the factory area is as high as 37.2%. More than 70,000 trees have been planted. Lotus ponds, rockeries, fish ponds and other landscapes have been carefully constructed. Now it is a scene of flowers and plants everywhere, birds and flowers, which has subverted the stereotype of the traditional industrial factory area. It has not only won the reputation of "garden factory", but also realized the remarkable benefits of comprehensive utilization of resources.
In addition, in order to create a green home, the company innovatively uses 100 mu of open space in the factory to sow wheat or corn every year, which is not only a unique ecological landscape, but also brings the joy of harvest in the autumn harvest season. Employees use their spare time to cultivate vegetables and fruits, raise chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry, and the factory area has become a self-sufficient ecological garden.
