18, New Tianshan Cement and Sinoma International Talent Exchange Initiation Meeting was successfully held in New Tianshan Cement Training Center (Changxing Base). Sui Yumin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Corporation and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of New Tianshan Cement, Wang Hailong, Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Corporation/General Manager of the Human Resources Department, Yin Zhisong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sinoma International, Jiang Zhongwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Sui Tongbo, Vice President, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Jiang Dehong, Vice President and Chief Engineer of New Tianshan Cement.
In order to further strengthen the construction of talent team and promote the strategy of "strengthening enterprises by talents", according to the important speech spirit of Chairman Zhou Yuxian on "increasing cross-level, cross-enterprise and cross-post cadre rotation exchanges to provide strong political and organizational guarantees for the reform and development of enterprises", this paper puts forward the strategy of "strengthening enterprises by talents". New Tianshan Cement and Sinoma International signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the first half of this year to launch a talent exchange project. The two sides plan to send 30 cadres and talents to each other in two batches in July 2023 and early 2024 to carry out exchange and learning. The first batch of exchange personnel will be 29 from 27 enterprises of both sides. The exchange of talents has a good demonstration role in making full use of each other's superior resources and strengthening internal cooperation, which not only meets the urgent needs of the strategic development of both sides, but also is an innovative measure of personnel training.
Sui Yumin put forward three opinions on talent exchange and training. First, we should deeply understand the importance of talent exchange and training. Talent exchange and training is an important measure to implement talent strengthening enterprises, an important support for the company's high-quality development, and an important innovation in the construction of talent team. Second, we should actively implement the work of talent exchange and training. We should continue to improve the management mechanism of personnel exchange and training, strictly implement the assessment and evaluation of exchange personnel, and do a good job in the logistical support of exchange trainees, so as to ensure the continuous promotion of personnel exchange and training with a sound mechanism. Third, we should conscientiously carry out the task of communication and learning so as to achieve learning gains. Exchange learners should keep a close eye on their goals and tasks and strive to achieve learning gains and achievements.
Wang Hailong spoke highly of the talent exchange work with "three merits": First, the enterprises of both sides actively implemented the important decisions and arrangements of the Party Committee of the Group and the Joint Stock Company on talent training, took practical measures and achieved practical results, which are worthy of full affirmation; Secondly, the measures of organization, coordination, guidance and process tracking carried out by the two sides in resource coordination, information sharing, subject setting, evaluation and assessment, and purpose orientation are worth further study; Thirdly, the talent training project created by the two sides through cooperation, which further promotes business exchanges through talent exchange and serves the innovative form of strategic development of enterprises, is the ideological collision between the ballast stone of China Building Material Group and the internationalized pioneer officer, and is worth summarizing and promoting.
Yin Zhisong expressed his heartfelt thanks to New Tianshan Cement for its concern and support for Sinoma International, and warmly welcomed the young backbone who will come to Sinoma International for exchanges. He pointed out that in order to further serve the development of New Tianshan Cement and improve the level of performance, it is necessary for Sinoma International to further study the advanced management experience of New Tianshan Cement. He emphasized that the exchange of talents is a pioneering work, which embodies not only the deepening of collaborative innovation of resources, but also the innovation of mechanism design, as well as the innovation of ways and means to solve practical problems. Efforts should be made to explore and promote the training of talents to achieve new results and step up to a new level. He put forward five expectations for the exchange students: first, to strengthen the theory and build a solid foundation of ideals and beliefs; second, to persist in learning and continuously improve the ability to perform duties; third, to change roles and quickly adapt to new positions; fourth, to uphold integrity and innovation, and show vigorous youthful vitality; fifth, to have a decent style and adhere to the bottom line of principles and rules.
At the meeting, the two sides jointly opened an exchange ceremony. The heads of the personnel departments of the two organizations introduced the post arrangement and exchange management regulations of the exchange trainees, and arranged for the representatives of the exchange trainees to make speeches.
