On July 26, Jiangxi Provincial Industrial Internet Integration Park "Hundred Cities and Thousand Gardens" (5G Factory Special Event) was held in Nanchang, sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Jiangxi Provincial Communications Administration, at which the "5G + Industrial Internet" application demonstration enterprise in 2023 was awarded a license, and the "5G + Industrial Internet" application demonstration enterprise was awarded a license. Yushan South, which belongs to Jiangxi Cement , won the honor.
Yushan South uses digital management platform to realize global perception, mirror synchronization, intelligent management, intelligent scheduling and intelligent production of all production links. Four 5G base stations, dozens of intelligent equipment, more than 540 personnel positioning base stations, more than 600 cameras and more than 12000 data acquisition points not only vividly restore the equipment status and process parameters, but also realize the virtual and real interaction between physical factories and digital factories in the process of digital empowerment, thus saving more than 12 million production costs annually.
In the future, Yushan South will rely on 5G technology, conform to the new trend of digital development, deepen the application of "5G + Intelligent Factory", make overall planning from production and manufacturing to enterprise management, constantly improve management level and lean manufacturing capacity, accelerate the transformation and upgrading to digitalization, intellectualization and greening, and constantly promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
