of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on the Transfer of Production Capacity of Arhorchin Banner Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. In accordance with the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Resolving the Serious Contradiction of Overcapacity (Guofa [2013] 41) and the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2017] 337). On September 24, 2019, our office publicized the transfer of a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1500 tons by Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. of Arukhorqin Banner, and there was no objection within 5 working days.
