Vietnam's cement and clinker exports continued to grow strongly in March 2026. According to the data released by Vietnam Customs on April 10, the monthly export volume reached 3.49 million tons, an increase of 15.1% over the same period last year, and a sharp increase of 25.1% over February, indicating a sustained recovery in overseas demand.
In the first quarter as a whole, the export performance was equally impressive. In the first three months of this year, Vietnam's cement and clinker exports totaled 9.99 million tons, up 21.1% year-on-year, with Bangladesh, the Philippines and Malaysia as the main purchasers. This growth trajectory shows that despite the turbulent global geopolitical environment, Vietnam's cement industry still maintains a strong competitiveness in the international market. The pattern of
export destinations has shown significant differentiation.
