On July 23, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for Mengkang Photovoltaic Power Generation Project .
According to the announcement, the project is located in Mengzhe Town, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a new project and is constructed by Huaneng New Energy (Menghai) Co., Ltd . The total investment of
the project is about 122 million yuan , and a total of 650 Wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules with 55272 are installed, with a rated capacity of 30 MW . Installed capacity 35.9268 MWp. A total of 9 PV sub-arrays are planned, including 1 1.92 MW PV array and 8 3.52 MW PV arrays. The construction period of the
project is 6 months .
In addition to the above projects, the EIA report of Xiaoliuzhai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province was accepted by the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Wenshan Prefecture on July 21.
The EIA report shows that the project is located in Hongdian Hui Township and Binglie Yi Township, Wenshan City, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and is a new project, which is constructed by Guoneng Qidu Jianfa Wenshan Clean Energy Co., Ltd . The total investment of
the project is 483 million yuan . It is planned to install 90 MW on the AC side and 115.3 MW on the DC side. There are 28 photovoltaic arrays, including 18 3.0 MW fixed sub-arrays. 10 3.6MW fixed subarrays; 720 Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass components of 160160 blocks are installed. The total construction period of the
project is 12 months , and the construction period is from August 2026 to August 2027.
