On July 7, Guangdong Energy Group issued a tender announcement for the second batch of centralized bidding and procurement projects for photovoltaic modules in 2026.
The announcement shows that the tender project includes two photovoltaic projects invested by the subordinate units of Guangdong Energy Group and its subsidiaries.
This module bidding is divided into two bid sections, and the bidding scope is double-sided monocrystalline silicon solar photovoltaic modules (N-type) and supporting photovoltaic cable connectors, spare parts, special tools and technical services for the two bid sections.
The first bid section is the 115 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project in Jiangyan, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, with a purchase volume of 139 MW . For the N-type TOPC on double-glass module with the cell edge distance of 210 * 182mm, the power of the single board shall not be lower than 640Wp. The second
bid section is the centralized photovoltaic project of Lushan Street, Fuyang District, Guangdong Energy, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with a purchase volume of 31 MW . The details are as follows:
in terms of delivery time, the first bid section is tentatively scheduled to be delivered from October 2026 to March 2027; the second bid section is tentatively scheduled to be delivered from September to October 2026. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender . In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have a cumulative total capacity of not less than 800MW supply performance from January 1, 2024 to the deadline for bidding (whichever is the date of contract signing). And provide copies of relevant contracts, performance certification materials, supply receipts, acceptance certificates and other relevant certification materials, otherwise the performance will be treated as invalid performance.
The bidding registration time is from July 8, 2026 to July 14, 2026 (9: 00-11: 30 a.m. and 14: 00-16: 00 p.m. every day) . The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on July 8 , 2026 to 16:00 on July 14, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 28, 2026.
