On July 9, Guizhou Huadian 2026-2027 Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Framework Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Guizhou Wujiang Hydropower Development Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in various photovoltaic project sites in Guizhou Province, with an estimated scale of about 1000 MW.
This bidding project is divided into one bid section . The bidding scope includes the survey and design within the scope of project construction, procurement of equipment and materials (the equipment and materials for which Huadian Group has completed the framework bidding are designed and purchased according to the bidding results), construction and installation, grid connection formalities, commissioning, testing, acceptance and other work, as well as the coordination within the scope of the Employer's responsibility. The performance period of the
tender project is from the effective date of the framework agreement to July 31 , 2027.
In this tender, the tenderee will not accept the tenderer who has suffered losses for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025 ; if the tenderer has been registered for less than three years, the tenderer who has suffered losses since its establishment will not be accepted. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The time for
obtaining the bidding documents is from 16:17 on July 9, 2026 to 17:00 on July 16, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on July 30, 2026.
