The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on December 16, the successful candidates for the 1.6 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project (the first bid section) in Tori County, Tacheng, Xinjiang, were announced.
According to the announcement, there are three enterprises , namely, China Construction Sixth Bureau First Construction Co., Ltd., China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Shenghui Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd.
Among them, the First Construction Co., Ltd. of the Sixth Bureau of China Construction ranked the first candidate with a tender offer of 703.5 million yuan. After calculation, the bidding unit price is about 2.345 yuan/W . The details are as follows:
It is worth noting that the previous bid section had issued a bid failure announcement on November 21. The reason for the bid failure was that the bid price of Sichuan Shenghui Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. exceeded the maximum price limit, and less than three bidders passed the preliminary evaluation. Then on November 25, a tender announcement was re-issued for the first bid section.
The first bid section plans to build a 300000 kilowatt centralized photovoltaic power station , and the tenderer is Tacheng Shangdian Power Co., Ltd . The project is scheduled to start on December 22, 2025 and complete on December 21, 2026, with a total construction period of 365 days .
It is understood that the project is divided into seven sections , with a total scale of 1.6GW . Previously, other bidding sections of the 1.6 million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project in Tori County, Shangdian Power, Tacheng, Xinjiang, have announced their bidding results.
