2025, cement prices in Pakistan remained relatively stable, with only minor fluctuations in prices for major brands, despite flooding that hampered construction projects and increased transportation costs. The market still presents a narrow price range, and the competition is still fierce.
Currently, the price of cement is between Rs 1,380 and Rs 1,430 per bag. Priced at Rs 1,380 per bag, Cherat Cement, Falcon Cement and Flying Pakistan are the most affordable options in the market. Askari Cement and Kohat Cement are priced at Rs 1,390 per bag, while DG Khan Cement, Fauji Cement, Lucky Cement and Pioneer are priced at Rs 1,400 per bag, reflecting the industry's average benchmark. At a slightly higher price of Rs 1,410 per bag, Bestway Cement maintains a strong brand positioning, while Maple Leaf Cement tops the list as the most premium option in the market at Rs 1,430 per bag.
Despite logistical challenges resulting from the floods, including increased costs and limited transport capacity, the cement industry has managed to maintain price stability. Most of the companies are competing hard around the Rs 1,400 price point, with only a few opting for a low-cost or premium market positioning. In terms of
