In order to further enhance the ability of enterprises in the jurisdiction to prevent telecommunication network fraud, deepen the cooperation mechanism between police and enterprises, and build a strong line of defense against fraud, on the evening of August 21, 2025, police officers of the Western Zhou Police Station went to Xiangshan Conch to organize a special training meeting on anti-fraud between police and enterprises, and 60 employees of Xiangshan Conch participated in the training. At the
training meeting, Chen Hong, a police officer of Xizhou Police Station, reported the occurrence of fraud cases from January to August 2025, focusing on the analysis of the characteristics and typical cases of fraud cases involving enterprises, pointing out the high incidence of fraud cases such as impersonating leaders and false investment, and emphasizing the urgency of anti-fraud work in enterprises by comparing data. training meeting, police officer Chen put forward work requirements in light of the current anti-fraud situation. First, the linkage between police and enterprises should be further deepened. Establish a joint defense mechanism of "police taking the lead and enterprises taking the main responsibility", regularly carry out anti-fraud training, and smooth the channels of information sharing. Second, we should tackle key areas again. Targeted training is carried out for personnel in key positions such as finance and personnel of enterprises. Third, publicity and prevention should be further upgraded. Use enterprise online platform, offline publicity boards and other channels to popularize anti-fraud knowledge, promote the installation of "National Anti-Fraud Center" APP by all employees, and enhance the ability to identify and prevent fraud. Chen explained in detail the fraudulent methods of impersonating public prosecution law, false loans, bill-brushing rebate, and taught the preventive skills of "three not one more" (no credulity, no disclosure, no transfer, more verification) for high-risk types of enterprise financial fraud. training, employees of enterprises have expressed that they will strictly implement the training content, actively cooperate with the public security organs to carry out internal training and publicity, and earnestly protect the safety of personal property.
