Recently, Wuhu Baimashan Conch New Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 80 million yuan, registered in Yijiang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of new building materials (excluding dangerous chemicals); manufacturing of cement products; sales of cement products; manufacturing of non-metallic mineral products; sales of non-metallic minerals and products, etc. The company is 95% owned by Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and 5% owned by Wuhu Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
