Jining Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Conch Group, which was established in June 2009 and has a new dry cement line with a daily output of 4500 tons. 9MW waste heat power generation, 16.96MW photovoltaic power generation, 11.5MW wind power generation, 9MW garbage generating units and 9MW biomass gasification supplementary heat energy projects have been successively built in the park, with an annual power generation capacity of 165 million degrees, which is the first "zero external power purchase" plant in the cement industry. does Jining Conch achieve "zero purchase of electricity"?
Waste heat power generation. The project uses low-temperature waste gas recovery technology of cement kiln to convert waste gas into clean power energy, with an annual power generation capacity of 46.6 million degrees, which realizes the efficient recycling of waste energy in cement production process and significantly reduces the dependence of enterprises on traditional fossil energy.
Biomass is gasified to supplement heat energy for power generation. The raw material is rice husk, which generates 28 million degrees of electricity annually and can produce 12000 tons of carbonized rice husk at the same time. The project not only solves the problem of agricultural waste disposal, avoids air pollution caused by open-air incineration, but also creates economic value through resource utilization and promotes the development of agricultural circular economy.
Photovoltaic power generation. The project is divided into three phases to build a 16.96 MW photovoltaic power station, using the company's mine hilly area and idle space in the factory, lake, car shed, building roof and other areas of about 150000 square meters, generating about 20 million degrees of electricity annually. Through the mode of "compound utilization and ecological value-added", the project is not only a producer of clean energy, but also an ecological organizer and industrial innovator of regional green development.
Wind storage power generation. 11.5MW wind power generation supporting 10MW/20 MWh energy storage project. With "energy storage" as the fulcrum, the project leverages the stable development and efficient utilization of wind energy resources, which not only brings significant economic and environmental benefits to the enterprise itself, but also provides a replicable solution for the green low-carbon transformation.
Domestic waste power generation. Annual disposal of 140000 tons of domestic waste, annual power generation of about 50 million degrees, saving about 6145 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions of about 39200 tons. It provides a sustainable solution for urban waste disposal, and has important demonstration value for promoting the construction of ecological civilization and green low-carbon development.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy saving, environmental protection and industrial intelligence upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24.
