The Chief Quality Officer is the first person responsible for the quality safety, quality development and quality infrastructure capacity-building of enterprises. Implementing the Chief Quality Officer system in enterprises is an important measure to implement the Outline of Building a Strong Quality Country and to promote enterprises to strengthen total quality management. Wu Tiejun, the chief quality officer of
the company, led the establishment of a cross-functional research team to tackle the quality of low-carbon high-performance cement in conjunction with Baowu Environmental Science. Establish a quality control system for innovative research and development of low-carbon high-performance cement, adopt the quality technology innovation cycle method (target positioning, technological innovation, failure mechanism research, process optimization, continuous improvement), successfully develop low-carbon high-performance cement with mineral powder content higher than 75%, break through the current product standards, and adapt to large-scale industrial applications. Compared with P.O42.5 cement, the carbon emission of low carbon high performance cement is reduced by 50%. Based on Rosin-Rammler-Bennet (RRB) model, the key characteristic parameters of particle size distribution of ultra-fine ore fines with wide distribution were determined, and the cumulative particle size distribution curve of ultra-fine ore fines was obtained. The characteristic particle size of slag powder of low carbon slag cement is less than 7. 5 um, the uniformity coefficient is greater than 1, the early strength of cement is higher than 22 MPa, the compressive strength of 28 d is higher than 52 MPa, and the water requirement of standard consistency is less than 30%, the comprehensive performance of the product is significantly improved.
