On February 28, Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. issued a solemn statement on infringement of the exclusive right to use the "Quzhai" trademark.
The statement pointed out:
1. The use of the "Quzhai" trademark must be authorized in writing by Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd., otherwise it is a false authorization.
2. Up to now, we have not authorized any trademark user to sublicense, and any authorization made by anyone other than our written authorization is invalid.
3. The infringer who still uses the "Quzhai" trademark without our authorization shall immediately stop all acts of infringement, including but not limited to withdrawing the false authorization information that has been published, stopping the sale of related products, and publicly clarifying the facts and eliminating the impact within 5 days from the date of publication of this statement.
4. If the infringer produces and sells "Quzhai" brand cement without our authorization, please immediately stop all infringements, including but not limited to stopping production, stopping sales and destroying related products, and publicly clarify the facts and eliminate the impact within 5 days from the date of issuance of this statement.
5. The general public and partners are requested to be vigilant and identify our official authorized channels. Any authorization without written confirmation of Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. is invalid, and we will not assume any responsibility for the loss caused by credulous infringer.
6. We have preserved the evidence of the infringement, and will pursue the civil, administrative and criminal liabilities of the infringer in accordance with the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law and other laws, including but not limited to claiming economic losses, requesting administrative penalties and applying for criminal filing.
