In the part of rotary kiln efficiency, Qi Yanyong focused on oxygen-enriched combustion technology, which can improve flame temperature and radiation heat transfer, reduce standard coal consumption, improve clinker strength and kiln current, and also gave the judgment criteria of kiln calcination capacity and thermodynamic calculation data, providing complete technical guidance for safe, energy-saving and efficient operation of low-yield kiln system.

Shen Xiaodong emphasized that it is a major demand for human survival and development to achieve carbon neutralization of cement with low carbon emission, breakthroughs in basic research and technological innovation of cement materials, and low-carbon preparation of cement clinker is one of the key points.

Looking ahead to 2026, Lin Jiayi pointed out that judging from the three factors of real estate, infrastructure and cost, the probability of concrete industry in 2026 will continue to fall in both volume and price. It is expected that the demand for concrete will still fall between 6% and 10%, the market price will continue to fall easily and rise difficultly, and the profit margin of industry sales will continue to remain low. The loss area may be further expanded. In 2026, the main business income of the concrete and cement products industry may drop to about 1 trillion yuan, with a year-on-year decrease of about 15%; the total profit is about 23 billion yuan, with a year-on-year decrease of more than 13%.

Jingyao's products are lighter, softer and more environmentally friendly, and their power generation efficiency is more stable.
