Tian Bingliang said that ultra-low emission is not a simple hardware transformation project, but a complete set of solutions for ultra-low emission, which covers three systems of organized emission, unorganized emission and clean transportation. He stressed that the policy requires cement clinker enterprises to basically complete the transformation by the end of 2028, leaving only two years for most enterprises to complete the actual window-must be completed in the first half of 2027, in order to pass the acceptance calmly. Tian Bingliang also said that the cement industry must move towards a more efficient and greener development model based on digital intelligence.
