On April 9-10, the 15th China Cement Industry Summit was held in Hangzhou. The Summit, hosted by China Cement Network, focuses on the core issues of high-quality development, green low-carbon transformation, intelligent upgrading and power market reform of the 15th Five-Year Plan industry, bringing together government departments, industry associations, leading enterprises, financial institutions and equipment technology manufacturers with the theme of "stock game, competition and elimination, pattern reconstruction". Jointly study and judge industry trends, solve development problems, and seek new ways of transformation.
In 2025, China's cement industry ushered in a deep adjustment: the national cement output fell below 1.7 billion tons, the utilization rate of clinker production capacity dropped to 48%, and the imbalance between supply and demand in the market intensified. Prices in traditional hot spots continue to decline, and the industry as a whole has entered the era of stock competition.
Looking forward to 2026, with the promotion of clinker production capacity compliance, the contraction of total production capacity and the accelerated remodeling of supply pattern, the industry is shifting from policy coordination to market competition. At the same time, the three major policies of ultra-low emission deep landing, full coverage of electricity spot market and deepening the goal of "double carbon" are superimposed to promote cement enterprises to take the road of green, intelligent and low-cost high-quality development.

Summit, Tian Bingliang, Manager of New Energy Products Department of Xinyun Zhilian Intelligent Manufacturing Products Department of China Building Materials, gave a keynote speech entitled "Green Transformation of Digital Intelligence Enabling-New Path of Ultra-low Emissions and Flexible Dispatching of Power Load in Cement Industry". The system shared the innovative practice of Xinyun Zhilian in the field of ultra-low emission and power consumption optimization in the cement industry, which attracted great attention from the whole audience.

Tian Bingliang pointed out that in recent years, the state has continuously promulgated emission standard policies, and the requirements of emission standards, clean transportation, monitoring and control have been tightened in an all-round way. The policy clearly States that by the end of 2028, cement clinker enterprises will basically complete the transformation.
