Three cement enterprises in Hebei were rated as A-level enterprises of environmental protection performance.

On December 22, the Hebei Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Assessment of 10 Enterprises such as Xinhui Metallurgical Co., Ltd. of Hebei Xinwu'an Iron and Steel Group as A-level Enterprises of Environmental Protection Performance in Key Industries, in which three cement enterprises were selected. They are Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd., Hebei Quzhai Mine Peak Cement Co., Ltd., and Handan Shexian Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd. The announcement

of 10 enterprises such as Xinhui Metallurgical Co., Ltd. of

Hebei Xinwu'an Iron and Steel Group as A-level enterprises of environmental protection performance in key industries is based on the relevant provisions of A-level audit and evaluation of environmental protection performance in key industries such as iron and steel in Hebei Province, which was studied and approved by the 51st Party Group (Expanded) Meeting of the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment in 2023. Ten enterprises such as Xinhui Metallurgical Co., Ltd. of Hebei Xinwu'an Iron and Steel Group were rated as A-level enterprises of environmental protection performance in key industries.
