In order to implement the spirit of the work conference on peak staggering production on November 7 and promote the effective development of self-discipline and self-rescue peak staggering production in the industry, the Hebei Building Materials Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Building Materials Association") organized a "Work Conference on Strengthening Peak Staggering Production Implementation in Relevant Cement Enterprises in Central and Southern Hebei" in Zhonglian, Xingtai, on November 17. The meeting was chaired by Li Huaijiang, Executive Chairman of the Provincial Building Materials Association.
At the meeting, the enterprises that did not stop the kiln according to the spirit of the meeting on November 7 were supervised, the reasons for the enterprises not stopping the kiln were analyzed in depth, and the existing problems were solved one by one on the spot. Handan Shexian BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. and Kuishan Cement Co., Ltd. promise to make up and stop immediately after the acceptance of the environmental protection performance, and specify the specific time for making up and stopping; Wu'an Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. said that only one kiln line was maintained for the disposal of domestic waste, and the remaining two kiln lines would be stopped in place. Shahe Shuangji Cement Co., Ltd. could not stop the kiln this time because there was no clinker inventory. After the provincial building materials association adjusted the clinker from the regional enterprises, it said that the kiln would be stopped in place. At the same time, the representatives of the participating enterprises unanimously expressed that they should focus on the overall situation of the industry, overcome difficulties, maintain the order of the industry, and resolutely implement self-discipline, self-rescue, rigidity and precise peak staggering production.
Li Huaijiang highly recognized and affirmed that the representatives of enterprises could treat each other sincerely, work together, seek truth from facts, and solve problems from the overall situation of the industry. He said that the meeting basically solved the difficulties of enterprises, won time for the industry to reverse the adverse situation, and injected positive energy into the industry to establish a good ecology. In order to strengthen the implementation of peak staggering production, he put forward three requirements:
First, enterprises should establish correct business ideas, recognize the general trend of industry development, deeply summarize and recognize from practical experience that "industry development is good, enterprise development can be better", and enterprises should cultivate and establish the overall situation awareness of the industry. We will unswervingly do a good job of self-discipline, self-help and peak staggering production in the industry.
Second, we should make every effort to overcome difficulties and solve losses. In the face of major difficulties in the industry, enterprises should do everything possible to overcome their own minor difficulties, work together, unite as one, and form a joint force to reverse the situation of industry losses.
The third is to adhere to rigid and precise off-peak production, laying a good foundation for the good operation of the industry next year. In the face of major changes in the economic environment, the demand of the cement industry has weakened, and the industry has more excess capacity.
