From November 6 to 7, the Korea Concrete Industry Cooperative Association and its delegation visited building materials enterprises in Hebei Province, and formally signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Hebei Building Materials Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Provi ncial Building Materials Association). of June 6, the Provincial Building Materials Association accompanied the delegation of Korea Concrete Industry Cooperative Association and Hebei Trade Promotion Association to Wu'an Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. to investigate and exchange the green low-carbon development and industrial innovation of the building materials industry.
The delegation visited the company's energy control center, domestic waste disposal center, ceramic pilot line and ecological brick exhibition hall, highly appraised the industrial scale, technical strength and environmental protection effectiveness of Xinfeng Company, and exchanged and discussed the product production process and green low-carbon technology with on-site technicians.
In the subsequent discussion, Guan Gang, the marketing director of Xinfeng Company, systematically expounded the practical achievements and strategic planning of Xinfeng Company in the fields of green low-carbon transformation and solid waste co-disposal, with the theme of "practicing the concept of circular economy and realizing green and high-quality development". Subsequently, the two sides exchanged in-depth views on issues such as green low-carbon development path, technological innovation direction and industrial chain synergy, and agreed that there is broad space for cooperation between China and South Korea in the field of green sustainable development.
On November 7, the delegation of Hebei Trade Promotion Association, Hebei Building Materials Industry Association and Korea Concrete Industry Cooperative Association. They visited Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. and Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. successively. Through on-the-spot observation and in-depth discussion, they talked about the frontier technology of the industry, shared the experience of transformation and upgrading, and drew a blueprint for cooperation and development. the 7th, the delegation arrived at Shijiazhuang Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. at its first stop and held a discussion with the person in charge of Quzhai Cement Co., Ltd. The person in charge of Quzhai Cement introduced in detail the scale, development process and product types of the enterprise. South Korea highly recognized the development of Quzhai Cement.
Subsequently, accompanied by the person in charge of Quzhai Cement, the foreign guests visited its advanced PC board automation production line in depth. In the spacious and bright workshop, the automation equipment operates efficiently, from cloth, vibration, maintenance to demoulding, all links are in good order, showing the intelligent and standardized level of modern building materials manufacturing. Members of the delegation showed great interest in the high efficiency of the production line, the high precision of the products and the strict quality control system, and stopped from time to time to inquire about the details of the process. that, the delegation was transferred to Hebei Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. Here, the delegation first visited the unique Cement Museum. Through detailed historical materials, precious objects and modern display means, they systematically understood the history of cement invention, the development process of China's cement industry and the corporate culture of Jinyu Dingxin.
Then, the delegation focused on the waste recycling and disposal project of Jinyu Dingxin Cement Co., Ltd. In the central control room and the project site, the relevant person in charge of the enterprise explained in detail how to use the cement kiln co-disposal technology to treat municipal solid waste and industrial solid waste harmlessly and resourcefully. This technology not only effectively solves the dilemma of "garbage siege" and realizes "turning waste into treasure", but also significantly reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions in the cement production process, which is a model work for the cement industry to practice social responsibility and promote green development.
In this exchange, the Korean representatives showed great concern about the technical principles, operating costs, environmental benefits and policy support of the enterprises, and highly appraised the outstanding achievements made by the enterprises in our province in the fields of cement produ CTS production, circular economy and environmental protection.
