The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com has learned that recently, Inner Mongolia Yipai Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The Inner Mongolia Branch of CGN New Energy Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Comprius Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite cooperation agreement. The three parties plan to jointly cooperate in the 200,000-kilowatt wind and solar hydrogen production integration project in Ordos City , and the first phase plans to build a hydrogenation station with a daily filling capacity of 26 tons around Yitaihang Jinqi Chemical Industry.
Yipai Hydrogen Energy has signed a contract with Inner Mongolia Yitai Group to transport 15 million tons of coal per year. In the first phase, the demonstration operation of hydrogen heavy trucks will be carried out around the annual coal demand of 6 million tons of Yitai Chemical in Hangjinqi. The integration of wind and solar hydrogen production is of great significance to the formation of a closed-loop for the above projects and contributes to the transformation and upgrading of energy.
CGN New Energy Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CGN") is an important platform for CGN to develop and operate non-nuclear clean and renewable energy power generation projects in China, and is responsible for the operation, development, reform and innovation of the new energy industry within the Group. After more than ten years of development, the new energy business has become an important pillar industry of the Group's development, covering wind power, solar energy, hydropower, energy storage business, integrated intelligent energy, gas, cogeneration and other types. By the end of 2022, the total installed capacity of new energy holding in operation has exceeded 35 million kilowatts, with total assets of 288.4 billion yuan, ranking in the forefront of the domestic industry in terms of comprehensive strength. At present, the company has 35 projects in 9 league cities of the autonomous region, with a cumulative installed capacity of 4.23 million kilowatts and 4.48 million kilowatts approved for construction.
Qingdao Comprius Energy Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in R & D, design and production of liquid-driven hydrogen compressors, with complete independent intellectual property rights and rich application cases. The products have been successfully applied in more than 50 hydrogenation stations, filling stations and integrated hydrogenation stations, all over the country and Southeast Asia. These include China's first island hydrogenation station, the first extremely cold condition hydrogenation station, the first desert climate hydrogenation station, the first train hydrogenation station, the first liquid drive hydrogen filling station, The first photovoltaic hydrogen filling station and many other industry-leading scenarios. The cumulative use time is more than 80000 hours, the cumulative hydrogenation amount is more than 4 million kilograms, the carbon dioxide emission is reduced by more than 50000 tons, and the average trouble-free time is more than 2000 hours.
In the past two years, all parts of the country have vigorously developed the hydrogen energy industry, and as an important part of the "hydrogen energy society", the construction speed of hydrogenation stations has been accelerated, and the scale of single-day hydrogenation has continuously reached new heights.
In 2021, the Haiper Hydrogen Station in Beijing Daxing International Hydrogen Demonstration Zone was completed and put into operation, covering an area of more than 7000 square meters, with a daily hydrogen capacity of 4.8 tons, which could meet the hydrogen demand of 500 to 600 vehicles at the same time, making it the largest hydrogen station in the world at that time. In March
2022, Hydrogen Maple Energy successfully won the bid for the 6.4 t/24h hydrogenation station project of Jiujiang Coal Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. in Qian'an City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, which was designed as the largest hydrogenation station in China at that time.
In 2022, Hangyang Group invested in the construction of the first 6000 kg/day hydrogenation station in Linfen, Shanxi Province, and expanded its capacity again in 2023, with a maximum hydrogenation capacity of 10000 kg/day. On October 19,
2023, the Hangwo Hydrogen Energy "Hydrogen Electric" Integrated Energy Island Project, which was constructed by Jinnan Iron and Steel Group in cooperation with Hangyang Group, started construction. The project covers an area of 15 mu, with a total investment of more than 80 million yuan, and has become the largest hydrogenation station in China, with a designed hydrogenation capacity of 9000 kg per day. The maximum hydrogenation capacity is 12000 kg per day, which is expected to be completed and put into operation on April 15 next year.
By the end of 2022, 310 hydrogenation stations have been built in China, ranking first in the world. As the main construction enterprise of domestic hydrogenation stations, Sinopec plans to build 1000 hydrogenation
stations by 2025.
