In terms of wind energy, we should give full play to the role of "chain owner" enterprises of Golden Wind Science and Technology, actively attract upstream and downstream enterprises, and build a whole industry chain of high-end wind power equipment from motor, blade, tower to whole machine manufacturing. In terms of hydrogen energy, Zhongke Fuhai 5TPD liquid hydrogen plant demonstration project and liquid hydrogen storage and transportation gas hydrogen filling demonstration project will soon be put into operation, and the "1-3-4-N" hydrogen energy industry chain spatial layout of "one center, three bases, four demonstration sites" is being constructed.
(4) Resource recycling industry. It has initially formed a development pattern with new energy (battery) recycling and remanufacturing as the core and comprehensive utilization of waste plastics, aluminium, copper and iron as the main direction. Waste lead-acid battery recycling industry has achieved an annual production capacity of 2.19 million tons of secondary lead and an annual output of nearly 100 million lead-acid batteries, which is the largest green recycling base of secondary lead and demonstration base of power battery recycling in China. Waste lithium battery recycling industry, a large number of projects have started construction, after the project is completed and put into operation, the total annual recycling of waste lithium batteries can be more than 600000 tons. Recycled plastics industry has formed a complete industrial chain of "waste plastics recycling-remanufacturing-product", purchasing more than 3 million tons of waste plastics every year.
2. Main practices
(1) Improving the work promotion mechanism. 3. Main problems
(1) The industrial base is relatively weak. Influenced by the continuous downward price of photovoltaic products, the competition in the photovoltaic industry is becoming more and more fierce. The overall scale of the photovoltaic storage industry in our city is small, there are no leading enterprises with vertical integration, the number of large enterprises and projects is small, and the market competitive position is weak.
(2) Industrial ecology still needs to be optimized. Some parks have shortcomings in infrastructure such as water, electricity, roads and gas, industrial funds have not yet been established, and there is a lack of investment platforms such as high-end forums for optical storage industry.
In 2025, under the guidance of provincial special classes, our city will make every effort to promote "double recruitment and double attraction" and industrial cultivation, and strive to break through 66 billion yuan in revenue of new energy and energy-saving and environmental protection industries in 2025, with a year-on-year growth rate of more than 8%. At the same time, we will strive to achieve zero breakthrough in attracting large projects of more than 5 billion yuan.
