The announcement shows that according to the requirements of relevant documents, On December 12, 2024 and March 25, 2025, respectively, the Energy Bureau of Zhongshan District accepted the distributed photovoltaic power generation project (Phase I) of Liupanshui Zhonglian Industrial and Trade Plant by Liupanshui Zhongshan Qiansijian New Energy Co., Ltd. Liupanshui Zhonglian Industrial and Trade Plant Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase II) and Guizhou Huizhicheng Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. . After
the above projects have been put on record, there is no actual progress in the project after many times of scheduling . On May 9, the Energy Bureau of Zhongshan District issued work tips to the project units, requiring the project units to give feedback on the preliminary work of the project, such as load assessment and real-name system of construction projects, before May 16.
On May 12, the project unit gave written feedback that the above-mentioned project did not meet the construction conditions , and docked with the contact person of the project unit. The Energy Bureau of Zhongshan District, Liupanshui City invalidated the above project on May 30, 2025.
Subsequently, the staff of Zhongshan Energy Bureau docked with the contact person of the project unit by telephone and WeChat for many times, and asked him to send back the original project filing certificate, which has not been sent back so far. Specific information of
