According to the original plan, from 15:00 to 18:00 on June 17, the coupon rate will be determined by book-building and interest rate inquiry to offline investors. However, due to the dramatic changes in the market on that day, after negotiation among the issuer, the bookkeeping manager and other bookkeeping participants, the end time of bookkeeping filing was extended from 18:00 to 18:30.
