The project is located in Pulandian District, Dalian City, Changxing Island Economic Zone, Wafangdian City and Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province.
It is worth noting that the declaring unit must participate with a single investor. The investor or the controlling party of the investor must have the development and construction capacity and operation and management experience of centralized photovoltaic projects of 500000 kilowatts or more nationwide, and the capital strength meets the total investment requirements of the declared capacity.

If the group company entrusts its subordinate enterprises to declare, one group can only entrust one, and it must obtain the authorization document of the group company to participate in this round of photovoltaic project competition in Dalian. competition should promise that the project should start construction in 2025-2026 and be connected to the grid by 2030 at the latest after meeting the relevant conditions.
