By the end of August, more than 400000 tons of cement had been produced by converting more than ten kinds of industrial solid wastes, such as fly ash and modified phosphogypsum, into high value-added raw materials. Integrate the productivity of mineral powder, optimize the sales path, and open up the export mode of "rail-road intermodal transport + special railway line", with a cumulative shipment volume of more than 300000 tons this year. Give full play to industrial and technological advantages, deepen internal exchanges and cooperation with Shaanxi Coal Group, and reach strategic cooperation with Yulin Chemical Company in the fields of specialized operation and maintenance services of equipment and large-scale harmless disposal of solid waste, so as to effectively promote synergy and create efficiency by extending the chain and strengthening the chain; For microcrystalline products, we have reached cooperation with Xiaobaodang Mining, Binchang Dafosi Coal Mine and other brother units to realize the application of products in coal bunkers; at the same time, we have signed contracts with large external suppliers, so far, the output has increased by more than 30,000 tons.
The company grasps the opportunity of trial production and operation of solid waste projects, draws technical backbone to start with process optimization, equipment commissioning and management, and Shenmu solid waste comprehensive utilization project implements technical renovation projects such as autoclave drainage cycle renovation and fly ash coating upgrade renovation to ensure smooth operation of the process.
