Group Company, attended the meeting and made a speech. He pointed out that in the first half of the year, in the face of the complex and severe industry situation, the Group took the action of deepening reform and upgrading as the leadership to optimize the system and mechanism, to integrate into the "1269" action to stand up the backbone of the industry, to carry out the study and education of Party discipline in a down-to-earth manner, to change the work style, to carry out the "Year of Great Implementation" to promote practical work, and to promote the development of the industry. The leadership of the Party in enterprises is stronger, the core functions are clearer, the corporate governance is more scientific, the value creation is more prominent, the cadres and workers have renewed their ideas, enhanced unity and cooperation, and laid a solid foundation for the completion of the year-round goals and tasks.
Chen Wensheng emphasized that the second half of the year is a critical period for grasping work, promoting implementation and seeking breakthroughs, and a sprint stage for decisive victory. We should not only see the "climate" of the macro environment, but also see clearly our own shortcomings and weaknesses, and "focus on efforts" from four aspects. The first is to optimize the industrial layout and focus on "core functions"; the second is to drive development by innovation and focus on "value creation"; the third is to improve corporate governance and focus on "mechanism vitality"; the fourth is to strengthen political leadership and focus on "party building leadership".
At the meeting, the relevant functional departments and some affiliated enterprises of the group company made reports, focusing on the key points, focusing on data analysis, with clear objectives and measures, reflecting a pragmatic style of work. Chen Wensheng led all Party members to review the oath of joining the Party and deepened their understanding of the importance and necessity of the Party's discipline construction.
